Performance Analysis and Reporting Service


Performance Analysis and Reporting Service is the collection, summarising and analysing of performance data.  It is an outsourced service called AUTOTECH.
 
This service includes monitoring the server and collecting performance information.  At an agreed period we will produce a comprehensive set of management reports (including performance analysis graphs) with expert analysis and recommendations.  
 
Areas being monitored include workloads, resources and deliverables.
 
The Management reports include:
  • Management Summary (with CPU, Memory utilisation and throughput information)
  • Technical Summary (including memory analysis)
  • Application Summary (including top ten batch and interactive jobs)
  • IOP/Communications Summary
  • Workload Summary
